This adventure takes us to the indigenous community in the
National Park Chagres. We will get to know the culture of the Emberá
Indians and witness their artisans and enjoy their knowledge of botanical plants.
Their cultural dances and music will take you back centuries. If you would
like you can also paint your body as they do with the fruit known as Jagua.
We can also observe the grand verity of birds found in these areas. Walk in
the jungle, explore waterfalls, and learn from a magical culture, all this in one
day. Includes ground and river transportation, soft drinks, and lunch.
Gamboa Aerial Tram

Half day Gamboa Rain Forest includes Aerial Tram, Visit the Butterfly House,

City & Panama Canal

Depart from the hotel to visit Panama Viejo, the first city
founded in the isthmus by Spanish conquerors at the beginning of colonization. The
remaining ruins are the vestiges left by Pirate Henry Morgan, who sacked the town
in 1671. The second colonial city of Panama, Casco Viejo, was built in 1673. The
architecture of this area is exquisite including French, Italian and Spanish styles.
Constructed between 1904 and 1941 by the US, explore Panama City, considered one
of Latin America’s most modern cities. The last stop will be at the Miraflores
Locks to witness the workings of the Panama Canal.
Canopy Adventure
Duration - 6 hours
Departure - 7.30am
The Canopy tour takes place at the El Macho Waterfall in
the mountain town of El Valle de Anton. It offers the adventurous tourist the opportunity
to ascend into a canopy of the trees and observe the forest from a unique perspective.
Depart from hotel by bus for a two and a half-hour drive to El Valle. Upon arrival
you will told the history of the Canopy Tour and the Ecological Reserve El Macho
as well as the equipment that will be used. Afterwards you will hike through an
interpretative trail full surrounded by the flora and fauna of the area. At the
end of the trail, begin the Canopy tour on a suspended car that uses cables, pulleys
and a harness to allow you to view the rainforest. A short explanation will be given
as you glide from platform to platform (4 in total) with the assistance of expert
guides. Then we have the option of visiting sites of interest in El Valle. Recommendations:
long pants, hiking boots or sneakers, insect repellent, hat, dry clothes in case
of rain. Includes: Transfer from El Valle to the Canopy.
Peacock Bass Fishing In Gamboa
Duration - 6 hours
Departure - 6.00am
Early morning departure from Panama City (6:00 AM), for
fishing and sightseeing in Lake Gatun, one of the largest artificial lakes of the
world. Catches include peacock bass, carps, and other excellent fighters and tasty
fish. Navigate through part of the Panama Canal and admire birds and other animal
species without leaving the boat. Arrival in Panama City is estimated at 1:00 PM.
Includes: hotel transfer, boat, captain, fishing equipment, bait, lunch, snacks
and soft drinks, and boat .
